As anyone in the industry would know, the interface with BankservAfrica is not an easy one.

Since 2010, Synthesis has been offering a number of adaptors in the payment space. These adaptors include:

EFT Adaptor

Our EFT adaptor handles:
Sending, receiving the Z1, Z9
and data files
Acking or Nacking the Z1, Z9
and data files
Formatting
Matching of Unpaids and
Parsing of VET files

RTC Adaptor

Our RTC adaptor in turn
handles:
The translation to and from
the ISO 8583
The receipt of the report files from
BankservAfrica

CDV Adaptor

Our CDV adaptor effectively
manages:

The intricate and dynamic CDV rules, encompassing both check digit verification and their associated exceptions.

The CDV adaptor – available both
on-premises and SaaS – is regularly maintained to accommodate new banks that enter the market.

Our adaptors hide the complexity of the BankservAfrica interface and instead provides an easy interface to your payments backoffice. All you need to worry about is whether the transaction is a credit or debit and whether it’s been unpaid or not.
