MSP Support Engineer I
The MSP Support Engineer serves as the first point of contact for MSP customers, managing incident response, triage, and resolution within SLA-defined timelines. Acting as the front-line escalation point, this role identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves cloud infrastructure issues, escalating complex incidents to specialized teams such as Senior Support Engineers, Security Operations (SecOps), Financial Operations (FinOps), or Cloud Engineering when necessary.
MSP Support Engineer II
The MSP Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of managed service provider (MSP) customers’ cloud environments. This role focuses on ongoing support operations, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance, while acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical issues. Additionally, the MSP Support Engineer conducts regular system health checks, addresses minor enhancement requests, and collaborates with specialized teams—such as Security Operations (SecOps), Financial Operations (FinOps), and Cloud Engineering—to maintain stable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments.
