Absa Finsurv smart BOP form

Synthesis created a solution for Absa to obtain import and export finsurv data from its clients.

The Challenge

The tool needed to be accessible so all clients making or receiving payments abroad, including those not signed up for online banking.

The Solution

We created a smart, user-friendly form to send to customers over email. The form was designed as an offline, self-contained attachment to guard against online fraud. We created an HTML page as an attachment, making it user friendly and allowed the bank to pre-fill existing information. It also included a functionality to ensure the form could only be submitted once all the information was correct.
